ForExcel Healthcare Service is the trading name of Forexcel Healthcare Limited; a Home Care Company registered with the CQC to provide personal care services to adults, at the comfort and safety of their homes.

Our Staff


Our Homecare staff provides excellent supported living, domiciliary care and other support services to a wide range of people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries (ABIs), learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues.

Our rigorous selection process, which includes personal interviews, competency testing, psychometric testing, reference checks and background clearance (DBS,SOVA,POCA) ensures that only the right individual with the right attitude will deliver the care services.

Our compliance system means we are aware of all our staff training and documentation and our employees are encouraged to maintain and update all their skills on a regular basis so that they are up to date with the latest care methods and ways of looking after our clients

ASSESSMENT


When we are contacted or book for assessment. Our team goes out to conduct the assessment.

SIGN OFF ON AGREEMENT


When all the boxes are picked, we sign off. 

ANALYSE 

We the analyse the content of the care plan, to determine the workforce or number of staff required. We make recommend where possible to the client, if we find any gap betwen what was proposed and what the level of care is needed

WE DELIVER


We deliver according to content of the agreement
